Produktionsmitarbeitende für Fahrzeuge (m/w/d)

Deine Mission

Du sorgst dafür, dass wir rechtzeitig unsere Fahrzeuge bei Kunden ausliefern können mit der entsprechenden Qualität und Performance. Du begleitest den Fahrzeugmontage Prozess und unterstützt bei der Umrüstung von neuen Fahrzeugen. Im Detail montierst und verkabelst du Sensoren, Halterungen und Kameras und sorgst damit dafür, dass die Fahrzeuge für die Kunden fertiggestellt werden. Mit deiner täglichen Arbeit sorgst du dafür, dass die Produktivität unserer Kunden um ein 10-Faches steigt und lässt somit Zukunftsvisionen zur Realität werden.

Deine Aufgaben

Folgende Themenfelder auf dich:

Du unterstützt unser Montageteam bei der Herstellung/Umbau von Fahrzeugen
Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung und dem Zusammenbau von Bauteilen
Du führst Montageschritte nach Anleitung durch
Du kontrollierst montierte Teile auf sichtbare Mängel
Du sorgst für Ordnung und einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Werkstatt
Du schaust welche Bauteile verfügbar sind und welche wir noch benötigen

Die Stelle ist vorerst befristet auf 3 Monate.

Dein Profil

Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Interesse
Erste Erfahrungen in der Produktion oder Montage sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
Du bist körperlich fit und arbeitest gerne im Team
Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Lernbereitschaft sind für dich selbstverständlich
Du sprichst und verstehst gut Deutsch

Your mission

Your tasks

As part of your part-time role (50 - 60%), the following areas await you:

Administrative support: Taking on classic administrative HR tasks such as creating certificates and maintaining digital personnel files.
Recruiting: creation of job advertisements, applicant communication, appointments.
Onboarding and offboarding: Support in the implementation of our onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
HR software support: Contact person for employees and managers with questions about our HR software Personio, including basic technical and content-related support.
Payroll coordination: interface with our external payroll office to ensure that all payroll processes are handled correctly and on time.
Office management: from post to decoration - you own it!

Your profile

approx. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, in particular with an operational focus in an agile, digital environment
good knowledge of HR administration, labor law and social security regulations
very good written and spoken German and English skills
structured, precise and careful way of working
good communication skills
confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and willingness to learn new systems
experience with HR software, especially Personio, is an advantage
ability to work in a team, proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
willingness to be on site for at least 4 days of your working time (normally)
