Deine Mission
Du sorgst dafür, dass wir rechtzeitig unsere Fahrzeuge bei Kunden ausliefern können mit der entsprechenden Qualität und Performance. Du begleitest den Fahrzeugmontage Prozess und unterstützt bei der Umrüstung von neuen Fahrzeugen. Im Detail montierst und verkabelst du Sensoren, Halterungen und Kameras und sorgst damit dafür, dass die Fahrzeuge für die Kunden fertiggestellt werden. Mit deiner täglichen Arbeit sorgst du dafür, dass die Produktivität unserer Kunden um ein 10-Faches steigt und lässt somit Zukunftsvisionen zur Realität werden.
Deine Aufgaben
Du bist ein wertvolles Mitglied unseres Montageteams und bringst dich aktiv bei der Herstellung und dem Umbau unserer Fahrzeuge ein
Mit deinem Engagement unterstützt du die Vorbereitung und den fachgerechten Zusammenbau unserer Bauteile
Sorgfältig und nach Anleitung führst du wichtige Montageschritte aus
Die Kontrolle der montierten Teile auf sichtbare Mängel liegt in deiner Verantwortung – so stellst du unsere Qualitätsstandards sicher
Für Ordnung und einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Werkstatt trägst du maßgeblich bei
Du hast den Überblick über unsere Bauteile, weißt, was vorhanden ist und erkennst, was noch benötigt wird
Dein Profil
Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Interessezeichnen dich aus
Erste Erfahrungen in der Produktion oder Montage sind von Vorteil – aberauch als motivierter Quereinsteiger bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen
Körperliche Fitness und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team bringst du mit
Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Lernbereitschaft gehören für dich einfach dazu
Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (mindestens B2)

Your mission
You ensure that we can deliver our vehicles to customers on time with the required quality and performance. You will be involved in the vehicle assembly process and support the retrofitting of new vehicles. Specifically, you will assemble and wire sensors, brackets, and cameras, ensuring the vehicles are completed for our customers. Through your daily work, you help increase our customers' productivity tenfold, turning future visions into reality.
Your tasks
You are a valuable member of our assembly team and actively contribute to the production and conversion of our vehicles.
With your commitment, you support the preparation and professional assembly of our components.
You carefully carry out important assembly steps according to instructions.
You are responsible for inspecting assembled parts for visible defects, thus ensuring our quality standards.
You play a key role in maintaining order and ensuring smooth operations in the workshop.
You keep track of our components, know what is in stock, and identify what is needed.
Your profile
You are characterized by manual dexterity and a technical interest.
Initial experience in production or assembly is an advantage, but motivated career changers are also very welcome.
You are physically fit and enjoy working in a team.
Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn are a matter of course for you.
You have good written and spoken German skills (at least B2 level).
