Forklift Driver for Customer Deployments - Automated Forklifts (m/f/d)

You know forklifts and warehouses from hands-on experience, and that's exactly what we need. At enabl, we retrofit existing forklifts so they can be driven remotely and, step by step, automatically, right in the middle of our customers' daily operations.

When our forklifts go live at a new site, you're there. You support the operation from the first weeks until every shift runs smoothly. When something goes wrong, you're the first person the on-site team turns to, and you make sure the trucks run reliably and safely. Once the site runs on its own, you hand it over cleanly and move on to the next customer.

• Deployments at new customer sites across Germany until operations are stable
• Supporting the on-site team, including training temp workers and customer staff on our forklifts
• First point of contact for technical and organizational questions: you look at problems right at the vehicle and fix small things yourself. Anything bigger goes to our tech team in Karlsruhe with a clear description
• Making sure the forklifts run reliably, performance is on target and everyone works safely
• A direct line to your contacts at the customer
• Clear documentation and handover, so the site keeps running well after you've left

• Experience as a forklift driver, or a technical background such as automotive mechatronics or mechanics
• Manual skills and technical understanding. You don't need a degree, and tinkering in your garage counts just as much
• Confident German and good English (B1 or higher), since some of our drivers speak English
• Willingness to travel a lot: during the week you're at changing customer sites across Germany, with time at home in between
• Driver's license (class B)
• A hands-on attitude: you pitch in, no task is beneath you, and you'd rather find a practical fix than debate for hours
• Curiosity about new technology and a wish to help shape the future of logistics
