Deine Mission

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere remote automatisierten Fahrzeuge termingerecht und mit Top-Qualität zum Kunden kommen. Du montierst die Fahrzeuge in unserer Werkstatt in Karlsruhe und begleitest die finale Inbetriebnahme gelegentlich direkt beim Kunden vor Ort.

Du übernimmst das fachgerechte Montieren und Verkabeln von Sensoren, Halterungen und Kameras, damit jedes Fahrzeug einsatzbereit und kundenoptimiert ausgeliefert wird.

Du arbeitest nicht nur Aufgaben ab, sondern bringst Innovation zum Laufen. Deine Arbeit endet nicht an der Werkbank: Du begleitest den Prozess bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden und siehst direkt, wie deine montierten Fahrzeuge die Logistik neu denken.

Deine Aufgaben

Vom Stapler zum Roboter: Du übernimmst den mechanischen Aufbau sowie die Verkabelung von Sensoren, Kameras und Steuergeräten an unseren Staplern. Du machst unsere Stapler "smart"
Metallbearbeitung: Du fertigst Halterungen an und führst notwendige Anpassungen am Chassis durch, wobei du deine Kenntnisse im MIG/MAG-Schweißen gezielt einsetzt
Qualitätssicherung: Du prüfst die montierten Baugruppen eigenverantwortlich auf Mängel und stellst sicher, dass jedes Fahrzeug unsere Werkstatt in Top-Qualität verlässt
Einsatz beim Kunden: Nach der Vormontage und Inbetriebnahme in Karlsruhe begleitest du gelegentlich die Auslieferung und unterstützt unsere Ingenieure beim Rollout direkt am Einsatzort des Kunden
Organisation: Du behältst den Überblick über Werkzeuge und Bauteile, meldest Fehlbestände und sorgst mit dem Werkstatteam für eine strukturierte Arbeitsumgebung in der Werkstatt
Feedback & Optimierung: Du arbeitest eng mit der Entwicklung zusammen und gibst direktes Feedback zur Montierbarkeit, um unsere Produkte stetig zu verbessern und deine Arbeit zu erleichtern

Dein Profil

Du bringst technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick mit. Am besten nachweisbar durch eine passende Ausbildung
Du bringst praktische Erfahrung in der Montage von Baugruppen mit, idealerweise im Fahrzeugbau, Sondermaschinenbau oder in der Prototypenfertigung
Du arbeitest primär in unserer Werkstatt in Karlsruhe, bist aber bereit, für Inbetriebnahmen oder Umbauten zeitweise zu unseren Kunden in Deutschland zu reisen
Du beherrschst gängige Schweißverfahren (MIG/MAG) oder bist bereit sie bei uns zu erlernen
Du beherrschst Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2), Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss
Du bist flexibel, lernbereit und hast Spaß daran, neue Technologien und Aufgaben kennenzulernen

Your mission

You will ensure that our remote-automated vehicles reach our customers on time and in top quality. You will assemble the vehicles in our Karlsruhe workshop and occasionally accompany the final commissioning directly at the customer's site.

You will be responsible for the professional assembly and wiring of sensors, brackets, and cameras, ensuring every vehicle is delivered ready for operation and optimized for the customer's needs.

Your tasks

From Forklift to Robot: You handle the mechanical assembly and wiring of sensors, cameras, and control units on our trucks. You are the one making our forklifts "smart."
Metalworking: You manufacture brackets and perform necessary chassis adjustments, applying your MIG/MAG welding skills where needed.
Quality Assurance: You independently check assembled components for defects and ensure that every vehicle leaves our workshop in top condition.
Field Deployment: Following pre-assembly and commissioning in Karlsruhe, you will occasionally accompany deliveries and support our engineers during rollouts at customer sites.
Organization: You keep track of tools and components, report shortages, and work with the workshop team to maintain a structured environment.
Feedback & Optimization: You work closely with the R&D department, providing direct feedback on "manufacturability" to constantly improve our products and streamline your own workflow.

Your profile

You have a strong technical understanding and manual dexterity, ideally backed by a relevant vocational qualification.
You have practical experience in component assembly, preferably in vehicle construction, special-purpose machinery, or prototype manufacturing.
You will primarily work in our Karlsruhe workshop but are willing to travel occasionally to our customers across Germany for commissioning or retrofitting.
You are proficient in common welding processes (MIG/MAG) or are motivated to learn them with us.
You are fluent in German (at least B2 level); English skills are a plus but not a requirement.
You are flexible, eager to learn, and enjoy working with new technologies and diverse tasks.

Vos tâches

Transformation technologique : Vous assurez le montage mécanique et le câblage des capteurs, caméras und unités de contrôle sur nos chariots élévateurs pour les rendre "intelligents".
Travail des métaux : Vous fabriquez des supports et effectuez des adaptations sur le châssis en utilisant vos compétences en soudure MIG/MAG.
Assurance Qualité : Vous contrôlez de manière autonome les modules assemblés et garantissez qu'aucun véhicule ne quitte l'atelier sans une qualité parfaite.
Déploiement terrain : Après le prémontage à Karlsruhe, vous accompagnez ponctuellement la livraison et soutenez nos ingénieurs lors du déploiement (rollout) chez le client.
Organisation : En collaboration avec l'équipe, vous veillez à la bonne gestion de l'outillage et des composants pour maintenir un environnement de travail structuré.
Optimisation : Vous travaillez étroitement avec le département R&D et donnez votre feedback sur la facilité de montage pour améliorer continuellement nos produits.

Votre profil

Vous possédez une solide compréhension technique et une dextérité manuelle, idéalement validées par une formation technique.
Vous avez une expérience pratique dans le montage d'ensembles mécaniques (construction de véhicules, machines spéciales ou prototypes).
Vous êtes basé(e) principalement à Karlsruhe, mais vous êtes ouvert(e) à des déplacements ponctuels en Allemagne pour les mises en service.
Vous maîtrisez les procédés de soudure courants (MIG/MAG) ou avez la volonté de les apprendre chez nous.
Langues : Maîtrise de l'allemand (niveau B2 minimum). L'anglais est un atout, mais pas indispensable.
Vous êtes flexible, curieux(/se) et motivé(e) par les nouvelles technologies.
