Deine Mission

Du schützt die digitale Infrastruktur hinter unseren teleoperierten Gabelstaplern — dabei sorgst du nicht nur für einen stabilen und effizienten IT-Betrieb, sondern bist vor allem die zentrale Instanz für IT-Sicherheit im Unternehmen. Deine Hauptaufgabe: Den Schutz kritischer Systeme, Daten und Kommunikationswege zu gewährleisten und die Resilienz gegen Cyberangriffe zu maximieren.

Im engen Zusammenspiel mit dem Entwicklungsteam und dem Netzwerkteam bist du maßgeblich verantwortlich für die Planung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung sämtlicher technischer und organisatorischer Maßnahmen zur Informationssicherheit.

Du implementierst Best Practices für sichere, skalierbare, cloudbasierte IT-Infrastrukturen (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra) und entwickelst Prozesse zur proaktiven Gefahrenabwehr. Dein Beitrag trägt entscheidend dazu bei, dass unser remote- und automatisiertes Flottenmanagement höchsten Compliance- und Security-Erwartungen gerecht wird.

Deine Aufgaben

Übernimm die Planung, den Ausbau und die Absicherung unserer IT- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur – mit klarem Fokus auf IT-Sicherheit und Compliance.
Etabliere und verwalte die Serverlandschaft und Cloud-Umgebungen (M365, Azure, Entra, Intune) nach modernen Sicherheitsstandards.
Entwickle und implementiere technische und organisatorische Security-Maßnahmen (MDM, SIEM, Backup, Incident Management, Schwachstellenmanagement).
Automatisiere wiederkehrende Prozesse wie Provisioning und Konfigurationsmanagement, z. B. mit Ansible.
Überwache und analysiere System- und Netzwerksicherheit, erkenne Angriffe frühzeitig und leitest Sofortmaßnahmen ein.
Unterstütze das Team im täglichen Betrieb und bei technischen Fragen rund um IT-Security.
Erstelle und aktualisiere Richtlinien für den sicheren Betrieb sowie Awareness-Konzepte für alle Mitarbeitenden.

Dein Profil

Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Bringst Erfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration, speziell mit Fokus auf IT-Sicherheit, mit.
Besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastruktur, insbesondere im Aufbau und der Absicherung moderner Umgebungen.
Die Administration von M365, Azure und weiteren Cloud-Technologien ist dir vertraut.
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Serverinfrastrukturen sowie bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Security-Maßnahmen.
Kenntnisse in Linux-Systemen und Virtualisierungslösungen sind von Vorteil.
Deine Sprachkenntnisse liegen mindestens auf den Niveaus Deutsch C1 und Englisch B2.

Your mission

You safeguard the digital infrastructure powering our teleoperated forklifts — ensuring not only a stable and efficient IT operation, but serving as the company’s central authority on IT security. Your primary mission is to protect critical systems, data, and communication channels, while maximizing resilience against cyberattacks.

Working closely with both the development and network teams, you take a leading role in planning, implementing, and continuously improving all technical and organizational measures for information security.

You apply best practices to build secure, scalable, cloud-based IT infrastructures (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra) and design processes for proactive threat prevention. Your work plays a key role in ensuring our remote and automated fleet management meets the highest compliance and security standards.

Your tasks

Take charge of planning, expanding, and securing our IT and network infrastructure — with a strong focus on IT security and compliance.
Build and manage our server landscape and cloud environments (M365, Azure, Entra, Intune) in line with modern security standards.
Develop and implement both technical and organizational security measures (MDM, SIEM, backup, incident management, vulnerability management).
Automate recurring processes such as provisioning and configuration management, for example with Ansible.
Monitor and analyze system and network security, detect attacks early, and initiate immediate countermeasures.
Support the team in daily operations and provide guidance on all IT security–related technical matters.
Create and update policies for secure operations as well as security awareness programs for all employees.

Your profile

You have completed training as an IT specialist or hold a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in IT system administration, particularly with a focus on IT security.
You possess strong knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure, especially in building and securing modern environments.
You’re familiar with administering M365, Azure, and other cloud technologies.
You have hands-on experience with server infrastructures as well as with implementing and improving IT security measures.
Knowledge of Linux systems and virtualization solutions is a plus.
Your language skills are at least at the levels of German C1 and English B2.
