Als motivierte/r Head of Operations bist Du Teil des Business-Teams. Der Operations Bereich übernimmt bei uns die Verantwortung, den Betrieb unserer Fahrzeuge beim Kunden mit unseren Fahrern zu organisieren mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Produktivität. Du spielst eine wichtige Rolle beim Aufbau der zugehörigen Prozesse und hast die Möglichkeit durch komplexe Herausforderungen persönlich und fachlich zu wachsen. Deine Verantwortlichkeit liegt im gesamten Operations Bereichs bei enabl sowie der Betreuung von Schlüsselkunden und Projektplanung. Hierbei arbeitest Du Hand in Hand mit dem CEO und den Gründern zusammen. Du entwickelst enabls Operations Strategie weiter und sorgst dafür, dass der Betrieb bei den Kunden überall funktioniert.
Um unsere Fahrzeuge zu betreiben, brauchen wir Dich! Mit Dir können wir unsere Systeme in verschiedene Standorte der Kunden betreiben sowie neue Kunden für das Unternehmenswachstum gewinnen.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Operations-Strategie zur Erreichung von Performance, Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit beim Kunden
Weiterentwicklung des Operations-Bereichs zu einem skalierbaren Betrieb der Fahrzeuge
Entwicklung und Verantwortung der Service und Performance Strategie
Führen und einstellen des Operations Teams und der FahrerInnen in Deutschland und Bulgarien
aufbauen, pflegen und betreuen der Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden
Planung von Kundenprojekten und Begleitung von Rollouts aus Operations Sicht
Input zur Produktentwicklung durch strukturiertes Kundenfeedback

Dein Profil

abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften
mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik / Innovationsmanagement / Prozessplanung / Beratung
ausgeprägtes Interesse an Technologie und Logistik
ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsqualitäten
ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkfähigkeiten
Projektplanung und -management
Fähigkeit, unabhängig sowie im Team zu arbeiten (Hand-on Mentalität)
sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
hohe Reisebereitschaft

Your mission

As a motivated Operations Manager, you are part of the business team. You will play an important role in setting up the associated processes and have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through complex challenges. You will be responsible for building up the Operations department at enabl as well as supporting key customers and project planning. You will work hand in hand with the CEO and the founders. Together we design enabl's operations strategy and ensure that operations work for customers everywhere.
We need you to operate our vehicles! With you, we can operate our systems in different customer locations and win new customers for the company's growth.

Your tasks

Developing and implementing an operations strategy to achieve performance, quality and reliability for the customer
Managing and hiring drivers
Building, maintaining and managing relationships with key customers
Planning customer projects and supporting rollouts from an operations perspective
Setting up an operations structure
Influencing product development through structured customer feedback

Your profile

Completed training in the field of logistics or completed studies in the field of economics or engineering
At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of logistics
Strong interest in technology and logistics
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Project planning and management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
high willingness to travel
