Deine Aufgaben

In Rahmen deiner Werkstudierenden Tätigkeit (20h/Woche) warten folgende Themenfelder auf dich:

Aktive Kandidaten Ansprache: eigenständige Identifikation und Ansprache geeigneter Kandidat:innen über die gängigen Recruitingkanäle
operatives Recruiting: Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, Bewerberkommunikation
Koordination des Auswahlprozesses: Screening, Terminierungen
HR-Software-Support: Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen zu unserer HR-Software Personio, inklusive grundlegender technischer und inhaltlicher Unterstützung.

Dein Profil

mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Talent Acquisition, insbesondere mit operativem Fokus im agilen, digitalen Umfeld
Vorkenntnisse in der HR-Administration, im Arbeitsrecht und in sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Regelungen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte, exakte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, und Bereitschaft, neue Systeme zu erlernen
Erfahrung mit HR-Software, insbesondere Personio, ist von Vorteil
Teamfähigkeit, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln

Bei enabl entwickelst du mit uns Vollautomatisierung für die Intralogistik – mit Cutting-Edge-Automatisierungslösungen und Remote Steuerung für Gabelstapler. Unser Ziel: den Arbeitsplatz im Lager schon heute neu denken und die Lücke zur Vollautonomie schließen.

Du arbeitest in einem wachsenden Team mit direkter Verantwortung, kurzen Wegen und Testhalle direkt neben dem Büro in Karlsruhe. Hier wird nicht nur konzipiert, sondern direkt umgesetzt, getestet und weiterentwickelt.

Unsere Fahrzeuge werden von unseren Remote Operatorn europaweit aus 1000 km Entfernung gesteuert und sind bei unseren Kunden im produktiven Einsatz.

Your mission

Your tasks

As part of your part-time role (50 - 60%), the following areas await you:

Administrative support: Taking on classic administrative HR tasks such as creating certificates and maintaining digital personnel files.
Recruiting: creation of job advertisements, applicant communication, appointments.
Onboarding and offboarding: Support in the implementation of our onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
HR software support: Contact person for employees and managers with questions about our HR software Personio, including basic technical and content-related support.
Payroll coordination: interface with our external payroll office to ensure that all payroll processes are handled correctly and on time.
Office management: from post to decoration - you own it!

Your profile

approx. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, in particular with an operational focus in an agile, digital environment
good knowledge of HR administration, labor law and social security regulations
very good written and spoken German and English skills
structured, precise and careful way of working
good communication skills
confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and willingness to learn new systems
experience with HR software, especially Personio, is an advantage
ability to work in a team, proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
willingness to be on site for at least 4 days of your working time (normally)
