Deine Expertise als Staplerfahrer ist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg unserer Innovationsprojekte.

Du begleitest die Inbetriebnahme unserer ferngesteuerten und autonomen Staplersysteme bei Kunden in ganz Deutschland. In der entscheidenden Testphase stellst du durch deine Erfahrung und dein sicheres Handeln den Betrieb sicher – mal vom Remote-Cockpit aus, mal direkt auf dem Fahrzeug.

Du bist nicht nur Fahrer, sondern wichtiger Feedbackgeber für unsere Entwicklung und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Technologie im echten Lageralltag perfekt funktioniert.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist unser Experte vor Ort: Du begleitest unsere autonomen Gabelstapler bei der Inbetriebnahme und in den ersten Testläufen direkt im Lager unserer Kunden.
Doppelte Kontrolle für maximale Sicherheit: Du steuerst die Gabelstapler aus der Ferne von der "Remote Station" und fährst zur Absicherung auch aktiv auf dem Fahrzeug mit, um im Notfall eingreifen zu können.
Dein geschultes Auge ist gefragt: Du beobachtest genau, wie sich das System im echten Betrieb verhält, und sprichst dich laufend mit dem Remote-Fahrpersonal ab.
Du hältst alles Wichtige fest: Sicherheitsrelevante Ereignisse, Testergebnisse und besondere Vorkommnisse im Betriebsablauf dokumentierst du sorgfältig für unser Team.
Wichtige Schnittstelle zur Entwicklung: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwicklern, Betriebsleitern und Sicherheitsverantwortlichen zusammen und gibst wertvolles Feedback aus der Praxis.
Du gibst dein Wissen weiter: Du unterstützt uns dabei, neue Kollegen und Mitarbeiter unserer Kunden in die Bedienung der Systeme einzuweisen und zu schule

Dein Profil

Praxiserfahrung, auf die wir bauen können: Du fährst seit mehreren Jahren sicher und routiniert Gabelstapler, idealerweise kennst du dich sowohl mit Frontstaplern als auch mit Schubmaststaplern aus.
Klare und verständliche Kommunikation: Du sprichst ausgezeichnet Deutsch, damit die Abstimmung im Team und mit den Kunden reibungslos funktioniert.
Offenheit für ein internationales Team: Du kannst dich auf Englisch gut verständigen, um mit unseren internationalen Remote-Fahrern zusammenzuarbeiten.
Flexibilität und Entdeckergeist: Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und freust dich darauf, für Kundenprojekte deutschlandweit unterwegs zu sein.
Ein echter Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest zuverlässig, packst selbstständig mit an und bist eine verlässliche Stütze für dein Team.
Souveränität und Professionalität: Du trittst bei unseren Kunden vor Ort sicher und verantwortungsbewusst auf und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen professionell.

Your mission

Your expertise as a forklift operator is pivotal to the success of our innovation projects.

You will oversee the implementation of our remote-controlled and autonomous forklift systems at clients across Germany. During crucial test phases, your experience and confident actions ensure smooth operations—sometimes from the remote cockpit, other times directly on the vehicle.

Your tasks

You’ll be our go-to expert on site, supporting the rollout and initial testing of our autonomous forklifts directly in our customers’ warehouses.
For maximum safety, you’ll control forklifts remotely from our “Remote Station” while also riding along to intervene if needed.
Your trained eye matters: You’ll closely observe how the system behaves in real-world operation and keep in constant communication with our remote driving staff.
You’ll capture everything important, carefully documenting safety-related incidents, test outcomes, and any notable events during operations for our team.
A crucial link to development: You’ll work closely with our engineers, operations managers, and safety officers, providing valuable hands-on feedback.
You’ll share your expertise: You’ll help train new colleagues and customer employees on operating our systems and support them in getting started.

Your profile

Hands-on experience we can count on: You’ve been driving forklifts safely and with confidence for several years, ideally with experience in both counterbalance and reach trucks.
Clear and effective communication: You speak excellent German, ensuring smooth coordination within the team and with customers.
Openness to an international team: You can communicate well in English to collaborate with our international remote drivers.
Flexibility and curiosity: You hold a class B driver’s license and are excited about traveling across Germany for customer projects.
A true team player with initiative: You work reliably, take on tasks independently, and are a solid support for your team.
Confidence and professionalism: You engage with our customers on-site in a responsible and self-assured manner, representing our company professionally.
