Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere teleoperierten Gabelstapler jederzeit eine sichere und leistungsfähige IT-Infrastruktur nutzen können. Damit hältst du unseren Betrieb am Laufen, gewährleistest optimale Vernetzung und stellst die Zuverlässigkeit aller kritischen Systeme sicher.

Dein Fokus: Du baust Strukturen und Prozesse auf, die dafür sorgen, dass wir IT Security Compliance auf hohem Niveau erreichen – als Grundlage für unsere ISO-Zertifizierung. Mit deinem Wissen trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unser gesamtes Team jederzeit effizient, sicher und störungsfrei arbeiten kann.

Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur – vom Aufbau bis zur laufenden Instandhaltung
Du administrierst unsere Serverlandschaft sowie die gesamte Microsoft 365 Umgebung (Exchange, Entra, Office, Azure, Intune) und sorgst dafür, dass alle Systeme stabil laufen
Du kümmerst dich um die Einrichtung und Wartung von PCs, Notebooks und mobilen Endgeräten für das gesamte Team
Du setzt virtuelle Entwicklungsumgebungen sowie virtuelle Maschinen auf und hältst diese aktuell
Als Ansprechpartner:in für alle IT-Belange unterstützt du unser Team im Tagesgeschäft – sowohl beim Betrieb als auch bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer teleoperierten Gabelstapler
Du setzt technische und organisatorische IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie MDM, ABM, Logging, SIEM, Backup und Recovery eigenständig um
Du entwickelst neue, automatisierte Prozesse rund um Zero-Touch-Provisioning und Tools wie Ansible, um unsere IT weiter zu optimieren

Dein Profil

Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du bringst Erfahrung in der Systemadministration sowie tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastruktur mit
Die Administration von M365 und weiteren Cloud-Technologien gehört zu deinem Alltag
Du kennst dich aus mit Serverlandschaften und den gängigen IT-Security-Maßnahmen
Erfahrungen mit Linux-Systemen und Virtualisierungslösungen sind ein Plus
Deutsch beherrschst du fließend (C1), Englisch gut (mindestens B2)

You make sure our teleoperated forklifts always run on a safe and high-performing IT infrastructure. In doing so, you keep operations running smoothly, ensure optimal connectivity, and guarantee the reliability of all critical systems.

Your main focus: You establish structures and processes that enable us to achieve a high level of IT security compliance – laying the foundation for our ISO certification. With your expertise, you play a key role in helping our entire team work efficiently, securely, and without disruptions at all times.

Your tasks

You’re responsible for keeping our IT and network infrastructure running smoothly and continuously improving it – from initial setup all the way through ongoing maintenance
You manage our server landscape and our entire Microsoft 365 environment (including Exchange, Entra, Office, Azure, and Intune), making sure all systems operate reliably
You handle the setup and maintenance of PCs, laptops, and mobile devices for the entire team
You deploy and maintain virtual development environments and virtual machines, keeping everything up to date
As the go-to person for all IT matters, you support our team in day-to-day operations – both in managing and advancing our teleoperated forklift systems
You independently implement technical and organizational IT security measures such as MDM, ABM, logging, SIEM, backup, and recovery
You develop new automated processes for zero-touch provisioning and optimize our IT with tools like Ansible

Your profile

You have a formal qualification in IT or equivalent professional experience
You’re experienced in system administration and possess in-depth knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure
Managing M365 and other cloud technologies is second nature to you
You’re familiar with server environments and standard IT security measures
Experience with Linux systems and virtualization solutions is a plus
You’re fluent in German (C1) and have proficient English skills (at least B2)
