Du gestaltest unseren Employee Life Cycle mit Expertise, Kreativität und Leidenschaft. Als erste Ansprechperson für unser Team begleitest du es durch alle Phasen und Entwicklungsaufgaben und trägst dazu bei, dass enabl weiter wachsen kann.
Deine Aufgaben
  • Recruiting und Candidate Experience: du gestaltest effiziente und kandidatenorientierte Recruiting Prozesse gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Fachteams. Du führst Erstgespräche, befähigst die Teams zur eigenständigen Durchführung von Gesprächen und Probetagen und scheust dich nicht vor proaktiver Kandidatenansprache. Du bist neugierig auf alternative Recruiting Wege und entwickelst unsere Kanalstrategien stetig weiter.
  • Personaladministration: du bist für die Abwicklung aller personaladministrativer Angelegenheiten verantwortlich.
  • Teamentwicklung und People Experience: mit kreativen Ideen förderst du unseren Teamzusammenhalt und gestaltest Teamevents. Du erarbeitest ein effizientes und inhaltsdichtes Onboarding, sodass neue Teammitglieder schnell bei uns ankommen und sich wohl fühlen.
  • Mitarbeitenden- und Führungskräfteentwicklung: du bist vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für unser Team und identifizierst die richtigen Formate (Workshop, Einzel-Coaching, ...) zur Unterstützung der persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung. Du trägst zu einem gemeinsamen Führungsverständnis bei und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung einer ergebnisorientierten und performanten Organisation.
Dein Profil
  • du hast mehrjährige operative Erfahrung im HR Umfeld
    • du kennst alle Aspekte von state-of-the-Art Recruiting, inkl. Direct Search
    • du bist routiniert in Aufgaben der Personaladministration (von Arbeitsrecht über Entgeltabrechnung bis zur Zeugniserstellung)
  • du kennst agile Arbeitsumfelder und hast Erfahrung in People & Culture Prozessen
  • du kommuniziert sowohl auf Deutsch als auch Englisch sehr sicher
  • du verbindest strategisches Denken mit Hands-On-Mentalität: du hast sowohl hohe analytische Fähigkeiten, bist lösungsorientiert und empathisch als auch operativ stark und setzt konzipierte Prozesse proaktiv um
  • du arbeitest gerne datengetrieben und verstehst wichtige Kennzahlen und Hebel des People Bereichs

Bei enabl entwickelst du mit uns Vollautomatisierung für die Intralogistik – mit Cutting-Edge-Automatisierungslösungen und Remote Steuerung für Gabelstapler. Unser Ziel: den Arbeitsplatz im Lager schon heute neu denken und die Lücke zur Vollautonomie schließen.

Du arbeitest in einem wachsenden Team mit direkter Verantwortung, kurzen Wegen und Testhalle direkt neben dem Büro in Karlsruhe. Hier wird nicht nur konzipiert, sondern direkt umgesetzt, getestet und weiterentwickelt.

Unsere Fahrzeuge werden von unseren Remote Operatorn europaweit aus 1000 km Entfernung gesteuert und sind bei unseren Kunden im produktiven Einsatz.

Your mission
You shape our employee life cycle with expertise, creativity and passion. As the main contact for our team, you accompany them through all life cycle phases and development tasks and you ensure that enabl can grow continously.
Your tasks
  • Recruiting and Candidate Experience: you design efficient and candidate-oriented recruiting processes together with the respective teams. You conduct initial interviews, enable the teams to conduct interviews and trial days independently and are not afraid of proactively approaching candidates. You are curious about alternative recruiting channels and constantly develop our channel strategies.
  • Personnel Administration: you are responsible for handling all personnel administration matters.
  • Team Development and People Experience: with your creative ideas you promote team cohesion by organizing team events. By developing an efficient and content dense onboarding process you ensure new team members get on board quickly and feel at home.
  • Employee and Leadership Development: as trusted sparring person within our team you identify the right formats (workshops, individual coaching, etc.) to support personal and professional development. You contribute to a common understanding of leadership and foster the development of a results-driven and high-performance organization.
Your profile
  • you have several years of operational experience in the HR environment
    • you are familiar with all aspects of state-of-the-art recruiting, including direct search
    • you are experienced in personnel administration tasks (from contracting to labour law to payroll accounting)
  • you are familiar with agile working environments and have experience in People & Culture processes
  • you communicate very confidently in both German and English
  • you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality: you have strong analytical skills, are solution-oriented and empathetic as well as operationally strong in order to implement designed processes in an assertive manner
  • you work in a data-driven way and you know KPIs and levers in the People area

About us
