Mit dir als Head of Finance überblicken wir unsere Finanzflüsse, identifizieren Optimierungspotentiale und führen robuste Prozesse für unser Finanzmanagement und Controlling ein. In starker Eigenverantwortung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam baust du das Fundament einer Finance Organisation, die die nächste Wachstumsphase von enabl ermöglicht.

Deine Aufgaben

Finanzmanagement und Controlling

Business- und Liquiditätsplanung, inkl. Analyse und Prognose des Cashflows und darauf basierender Budgetierung
Optimierung des Cashflows durch Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzierungsdienstleistern sowie Lieferanten und Kunden, inkl. Aufbau des Einkaufs
Aufbau eines effizienten Controllings und eines übersichtlichen Quartalsreportings, das als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen dienen kann
Analyse von Potentialen zur Kostenreduktion und Effizienzsteigerung
Einführung und Entwicklung von stabilen Prozessen in der Buchhaltung

Strategische Beratung und Finanzierungsstrategien

Beratung der Geschäftsführung bei Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Finanzfragen
Erarbeitung von überzeugenden Businessplänen und optimalen Incentives für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen

Dein Profil

umfassendes Verständnis für den gesamten Finance Bereich
- ausgeprägte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finance, Businessplanung und Controlling, z.B. durch Erfahrung in Beratung, Start-Ups, Private Equity oder Investment Banking
- Erfahrung mit der Planung von B2B-Enterprise-Sales und Produktion von Vorteil
- grundlegende Kenntnisse in Einkauf und Buchhaltung
hohe analytische Fähigkeiten, schnelle Erfassung komplexer Zusammenhänge und Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen
Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft gegenüber Mitarbeiter:innen, Investoren und Partnern
Fähigkeit, eigene Visionen zu entwicklen und Verbesserungspotentiale auszuschöpfen
Bereitschaft, selbst hands-on operative Themen voranzutreiben und zu bearbeiten
zeitliche Flexibilität in Hochphasen und schnelle Umstellungsfähigkeit

Unsere Fahrzeuge werden von unseren Remote Operatorn europaweit aus 1000 km Entfernung gesteuert und sind bei unseren Kunden im produktiven Einsatz.

Your mission

You ensure that enabl can grow sustainably and efficiently. With you as Head of Finance, we will gain an overview of our financial flows, identify optimization potential and introduce robust processes for our financial management and controlling. With strong ownership and collaboration with the founding team, you will build the foundation of a finance organization that will enable the next phase of enabl's growth.

Your tasks

Financial management and controlling

Business and liquidity planning, including analysis and forecasting of cash flow and budgeting based on this
Optimization of cash flow through cooperation with financing service providers as well as suppliers and customers, including the development of purchasing
Development of efficient controlling and clear quarterly reporting, which can serve as a basis for strategic decisions
Analysis of potential for reducing costs and increasing efficiency
Introduction and development of stable accounting processes

Strategic consulting and financing strategies

Advising management on strategic decisions relating to financial issues
Developing convincing business plans and optimal incentives for our employees and investors

Your profile

Comprehensive understanding of the entire finance area
- Distinct experience in the areas of finance, business planning and controlling, e.g. through experience in consulting, start-ups, private equity or investment banking
- Experience in planning B2B-enterprise-sales and production is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and accounting
High analytical skills, quick grasp of complex interrelationships and derivation of strategic recommendations for action
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness towards employees, investors and partners
Ability to develop own visions and exploit potential for improvement
Willingness to drive forward and work on operational issues hands-on
Time flexibility in peak phases and the ability to adapt quickly
