Du bist der technische Kopf hinter unserer Plattform. Als Senior Full Stack Developer:in entwickelst du nicht nur wesentliche Teile unserer Plattform, sondern verstehst zusätzlich auch die Prozesse und Use Cases unserer Kunden - von der Anbindung unserer teleoperierten Gabelstapler bis zur Integration in die Warehousemanagementsysteme unserer Kunden. Dafür tauschst du dich regelmäßig mit unseren Kunden (auch vor Ort) aus und gestaltest unsere Plattform so, dass sie skalierbar, performant und auf die Anforderungen unserer Kunden zugeschnitten ist. Dabei arbeitest du intern an der Weiterentwicklung der Plattform, steuerst externe Entwicklungspartner und triffst strategische Architekturentscheidungen.

Deine Aufgaben

Technisches Ownership und Architektur:
- Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung der Plattformarchitektur mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Performance
- Entscheidung über technische Stacks, Tools und Frameworks, um Kundenanforderungen bestmöglich umzusetzen
Use Case Orientierung und Integration:
- Tiefes Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse und Use Cases, für die die Plattform genutzt wird (z.B. Teleoperated Forklifts, WMS-Integration)
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Anbindung an Warehouse-Management-Systeme und andere Kundensysteme
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit unseren Kunden über deren Use Case Erfordernisse und entsprechende Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattformkonzepte
Eigenständige Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung:
- Hands-on-Implementierung von Features und Bugfixes im Full-Stack-Umfeld
- Erstellung von Proof-of-Concepts und Weiterentwicklung der Plattform in enger Abstimmung mit dem CTO und Product Manager
Koordination interner und externer Ressourcen:
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Entwicklungspartnern, um Projekte effizient und zielgerichtet umzusetzen
- Steuerung und fachliche Anleitung interner (Junior-) Entwickler:innen, um interne Kompetenzen nachhaltig aufzubauen

Dein Profil

mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von webbasierten Plattformen (Front- und Backend), z.B. mit React.js, Node.js, Spring Boot, PostgreSCL, Python
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft, aktiv mit unseren Kunden während Besuchen an deren Standort deren Produkterfordernisse zu erarbeiten
fundiertes Know-How in der Software-Architektur komplexer Systeme (cloudbasiert, Microservices, APIs)
Erfahrung in der Integration von Cloud-Technologien und DevOps-Praktiken (CI/CD, GitOps, Containerisierung, Kubernetes)
Erfahrung in der Integration von APIs, Datenbanken und externen Schnittstellen
Fähigkeit, externe Entwicklungspartner zu steuern und mit ihnen zielführend zusammenzuarbeiten
Verständnis für agile Softwareentwicklungsmethoden und Projektmanagement-Erfahrung
Kenntnisse in Logistik- und Warehousmanagementsystemen (z.B. VDA 5050) wünschenswert
Erfahrung in der Anbindung von autonomen Fahrzeugen oder Roboterflotten an Backend-Systeme wünschenswert
technische Business Analytics Skill, um Kundenanfordernungen in technische Specs zu übersetzen wünschenswert

Your mission

You are the technical mind behind our platform. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you understand our customers' processes and use cases - from connecting our teleoperated forklift trucks to integrating them into our customers' warehouse management systems. To this end, you will regularly exchange ideas with our customers (also on-site) and design our platform so that it is scalable, performant and tailored to our customers' requirements. You will work internally on the further development of the platform, manage external development partners and make strategic architectural decisions.

Your tasks

Technical ownership and architecture:
- Conception and further development of the platform architecture with a focus on scalability, security and performance
- Deciding on technical stacks, tools and frameworks to implement customer requirements in the best possible way
Use case orientation and integration:
- In-depth understanding of the business processes and use cases for which the platform is used (e.g. teleoperated forklifts, WMS integration)
- Ensuring a smooth connection to warehouse management systems and other customer systems
- Regular exchange with our customers about their use case requirements and corresponding further development of our platform concepts
Independent further development and implementation:
- Hands-on implementation of features and bug fixes in a full-stack environment
- Creation of proof-of-concepts and further development of the platform in close coordination with the CTO and Product Manager
Coordination of internal and external resources:
- Close cooperation with external development partners to implement projects efficiently and purposefully
- Management and technical guidance of internal (junior) developers in order to build up internal skills in the long term

Your profile

Several years of experience in the development of web-based platforms (front- and backend), e.g. with React.js, Node.js, Spring Boot, PostgreSCL, Python
Very good German language skills and the willingness to actively work with our customers on their product requirements during on-site visits
Sound know-how in the software architecture of complex systems (cloud-based, microservices, APIs)
Experience in the integration of cloud technologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitOps, containerization, Kubernetes)
Experience in the integration of APIs, databases and external interfaces
Ability to manage external development partners and work with them in a goal-oriented manner
Understanding of agile software development methods and project management experience
Very good German skills in order to take part in customer appointments
Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management systems (e.g. VDA 5050) desirable
Experience in connecting autonomous vehicles or robot fleets to backend systems desirable
Technical business analytics skill to translate customer requirements into technical specs desirable
