Deine Mission

Du betreust unsere Gabelstapler ganzheitlich - von der Installation unserer Remote Driving Systeme bis zur Wartung der Fahrzeuge bei Kunden. Dabei spielst du eine wichtige Rolle sowohl bei der Inbetriebnahme und Wartung unserer Fahrzeuge beim Kunden vor Ort, als auch bei der Weiterentwicklung und Montage unserer Fahrzeuge in Karlsruhe.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist ein wertvolles Mitglied unseres Technikteams und verantwortest die Installation und Integration unserer Remote Driving Systeme sowohl in Karlsruhe als auch beim Kunden vor Ort
Mit deinem Know-how führst du eigenständig Fehleranalysen durch und behebst technische Probleme direkt beim Kunden
Du schulst unsere Kunden im Umgang mit dem Fernsteuerungssystem und sorgst dafür, dass die Technologie sicher eingesetzt werden kann
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produkt- und Technikteams bringst du dich aktiv bei der Lösung unterschiedlichster Herausforderungen ein.
Die sorgfältige Dokumentation von Installations- und Wartungsabläufen gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben – so stellst du unsere Qualitätsstandards nachhaltig sicher.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik für KFZ, Nutzfahrzeuge oder Landmaschinen, Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechanik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
Dein handwerkliches Geschick und dein gutes Verständnis für elektrische, mechanische und mechatronische Systeme zeichnen dich aus.
Du gehst Herausforderungen motiviert an, arbeitest gewissenhaft und bringst Freude am eigenständigen und teamorientierten Arbeiten mit.
Deine ausgeprägten Problemlösefähigkeiten und deine Bereitschaft, fachlich wie persönlich dazuzulernen, runden dein Profil ab.
Reisebereitschaft bei Bedarf sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2) setzen wir voraus.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our forklifts, from installing our remote driving systems to maintaining the vehicles at customer sites. You will play a crucial role in both commissioning and servicing our vehicles on-site with customers, as well as in the further development and assembly of our vehicles in Karlsruhe.

Your tasks

As a valuable member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the installation and integration of our remote driving systems, both in Karlsruhe and at customer locations.
You will use your expertise to independently conduct fault analyses and resolve technical issues directly on-site with the customer.
You will train our customers on how to use the remote control system and ensure that the technology is operated safely.
You will work closely with our product and technical teams to actively contribute to solving a wide range of challenges.
Your responsibilities also include the thorough documentation of installation and maintenance procedures to ensure our quality standards are consistently met.

Your profile

You have completed vocational training in mechatronics (for automotive, commercial vehicles, or agricultural machinery), electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, or a comparable qualification.
You are characterized by your strong technical skills and a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic systems.
You are a motivated and conscientious individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to grow both professionally and personally complete your profile.
Willingness to travel as needed and good German language skills (at least B2 level, both written and spoken) are required.
