Durch deine Konzepte schaffen wir es, unseren Content und unser Employer Branding auszubauen und enabl national und international bekannt zu machen. Damit spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim weiteren Wachstum unseres Start-Ups.

Deine Aufgaben

Marketingkonzepte: Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Marketingstrategie
Branding: Optimierung unseres Brandings
Markenaufbau: Etablierung der Marke "enabl" (auch markenrechtliche Aspekte)
Content Marketing: Produktion und Veröffentlichung von Content auf unserer Website und Social Media
Webentwicklung: Content Management und Weiterentwicklung der Website
Employer Branding: Weiterführung und Verbesserung des Employer Branding
Bekanntheitsentwicklung: Steigerung unseres Bekanntheitsgrades (auch lokal)
Eventplanung: Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Messen und Events
Teamarbeit: Generierung von Leads im engen Zusammenspiel mit dem Sales Team

Dein Profil

Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Mediengestaltung, Grafik Design, Content Marketing oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Verwaltung von Webseiten (keine Programmierung)
Kenntnisse in Design Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) wünschenswert
Erfahrung in Fotografie, Videografie und Foto- & Videobearbeitung wünschenswert
Kreativität sowie Leidenschaft für anspruchsvolle Gestaltung und Liebe zum Detail
Kommunikationsstärke und Neugierde
Teamplayer mit selbstständiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Unsere Mission ist mit faszinierender Technologie den Fachkräftemangel in der Intralogistik zu lösen. Dafür entwickeln wir ein Automatisierungssystem, welches auf einem Remote Driving Ansatz basiert. Mit unserer Technologie ist es möglich, Fahrzeuge über das Internet aus über 1000km Entfernung zu steuern. Stückweise integrieren wir ebenso vollautonome Funktionen, sodass zukünftig ein Fahrer mehrere Fahrzeuge steuern kann. Wir fokussieren uns auf Gabelstapler, mit denen unsere Kunden ihre Waren in den Warenhäusern bewegen.

Your mission

As a Marketing Manager, you will revolutionize our marketing department! Together in a team, you will have a variety of exciting tasks ahead of you. You will support the development of our marketing department with everything that goes with it and have a lot of creative freedom. You will be working closely with our Sales and HR team.

Your tasks

Marketing concepts: Creating and implementing marketing strategies and concepts
Branding: Optimizing the appearance and branding of enabl
Brand building: Establishing the “enbal” brand (including trademark law aspects)
Content marketing: Producing and publishing content on the website and social media
Web development: content management and further development of the website
Employer branding: Continuation and improvement of employer branding
Awareness development: Increasing the level of awareness (also locally)
Event planning: planning, organizing and carrying out trade fairs and events
Teamwork: generating leads in close cooperation with the sales team

Your profile

2-3 years experience in marketing, media design, graphic design, content management or similar
Experience in building and managing websites (no programming)
Very good knowledge of German and English
Knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) desirable
Experience in photography, videography and photo & video editing desirable
Creativity and passion for sophisticated design, attention to detail
Strong communication skills and curiosity
Teamplayer with an independent and solution-oriented way of working

Our mission is to solve the skilled labor shortage in intralogistics with inspiring technology. For this purpose, we are developing an automation system based on a remote driving approach. With our technology, it is possible to control vehicles over 1000 km away via the Internet. Gradually, we are also integrating fully autonomous features, so that in the future, one driver can control multiple vehicles. We focus on forklifts, which our customers use to move their goods in warehouses.
