Deine Mission
Als motivierter ServicleiterIn du Systeminbetriebnahme bist Du Teil des Entwicklungs-Teams, in welchem Du eine wichtige Rolle für die Inbetriebnahme der Fahrzeuge spielst. Du hast die Möglichkeit durch komplexe Herausforderungen persönlich und fachlich zu wachsen. Deine Verantwortlichkeit liegt in der Integration unserer Remote Driving Systeme in Kundenfahrzeugen vor Ort und Sicherstellung der sicheren Funktion.
Deine Aufgaben
  • Installation und Integration unserer Remote Driving Systeme in Karlsruhe und beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Aufbau des Service-Teams und Sicherstellung eines effizienten Ablaufs der Serviceprozesse
  • Entwicklung von Schulungsprogrammen für Servicetechniker
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt- und Technikteams, um Probleme zu beheben und die erfolgreiche Installation und den Betrieb sicherzustellen
  • Implementierung von Qualitätskontrollmaßnahmen im Servicebereich
  • Erstellung von Serviceberichten und Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen
Dein Profil
  • langjährige Erfahrung in der Installation und Wartung von Fahrzeugen, vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit Gabelstaplern oder ähnlichen Industriefahrzeugen
  • Grundkenntnisse über elektrische und mechanische/mechatronische Systeme
  • ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kundenbetreuungsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft nach Bedarf

Stückweise integrieren wir ebenso vollautonome Funktionen, sodass zukünftig ein Fahrer mehrere Fahrzeuge steuern kann. Wir fokussieren uns auf Gabelstapler, mit denen unsere Kunden ihre Waren in den Warenhäusern bewegen.

Your mission
As a motivated service manager for system commissioning, you are part of the development team in which you play an important role in the commissioning of vehicles. You have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through complex challenges. You will be responsible for integrating our remote driving systems into customer vehicles on site and ensuring that they function safely.
Your tasks
  • Installation and integration of our remote driving systems in Karlsruhe and at the customer's site
  • Setting up the service team and ensuring that service processes run efficiently
  • Developing training programs for service technicians
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful installation and operation
  • Implementing quality control measures in the service area
  • Preparation of service reports and analysis of key performance indicators
Your profile
  • many years of experience in the installation and maintenance of vehicles, preferably experience with forklift trucks or similar industrial vehicles
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical/mechatronic systems
  • strong problem-solving skills and conscientious work ethic
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required

Our mission is to solve the skilled labor shortage in intralogistics with inspiring technology. For this purpose, we are developing an automation system based on a remote driving approach. With our technology, it is possible to control vehicles over 1000 km away via the Internet. Gradually, we are also integrating fully autonomous features, so that in the future, one driver can control multiple vehicles. We focus on forklifts, which our customers use to move their goods in warehouses.
