Deine Aufgaben

Du steuerst innovative, ferngesteuerte Gabelstapler in anspruchsvollen Industrieumgebungen und setzt die neuesten Technologien direkt in der Praxis ein
Als Testpilot wirkst du aktiv an Produktvorführungen auf Messen mit und präsentierst unser Remote Driving System potenziellen Kunden
Du entwickelst und optimierst Trainingskonzepte sowie Schulungsmaterialien für unsere internationalen Fahrer – deine Ideen fließen direkt ein
Du leitest praxisnahe Schulungen und Workshops auf Deutsch (und Englisch), um unsere Remote-Fahrer weltweit fit für die Zukunft der Logistik zu machen
Du organisierst reibungslose Serviceabläufe und Transporte für unsere Stapler und bist dabei stets die Schnittstelle zwischen Team, Kunden und Technik
Bei neuen Kundenprojekten bist du vor Ort, begleitest die Inbetriebnahme unserer Fahrzeuge und sorgst für einen erfolgreichen Start
Du bringst dein technisches Verständnis und deine Begeisterung für Digitalisierung und Gaming-Affinität in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme und Prozesse ein

Dein Profil

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im sicheren Umgang mit Gabelstaplern
Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch sind ausgezeichnet – du vermittelst Wissen klar und motivierend
Du bist technikaffin und hast Spaß an digitalen Steuerungssystemen und neuen Technologien
Gaming und innovative digitale Tools begeistern dich – du bringst deine Erfahrungen gern ins Team ein
Mit deinen sehr guten Englischkenntnissen bist du auch international ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner
Du arbeitest gern im Team und unterstützt andere mit deiner offenen und hilfsbereiten Art
Für spannende Kundenprojekte bist du deutschlandweit reisebereit
Eigeninitiative und Lust auf Weiterentwicklung zeichnen dich aus

Your tasks

You operate innovative, remotely controlled forklifts in demanding industrial environments and put the latest technologies directly into practice.
As a test pilot, you play an active role in product demonstrations at trade shows, presenting our Remote Driving System to potential customers.
You design and improve training concepts and materials for our international drivers—your ideas help shape our programs from day one.
You lead hands-on trainings and workshops in German and English, empowering our remote drivers around the world to embrace the future of logistics.
You manage smooth service and transport operations for our forklifts, serving as the key link between our team, customers, and technical partners.
With new customer projects, you’re on-site, supporting the vehicle rollout and ensuring a successful start.
Your technical know-how, passion for digital innovation, and gaming mindset contribute directly to the ongoing development of our systems and processes.

Your profile

You’ve completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or hold a similar qualification.
You have several years of hands-on experience operating forklifts safely.
Your communication skills in German are excellent—you explain concepts clearly and inspire others.
You’re passionate about technology, enjoy digital control systems, and love exploring new tech trends.
Gaming and innovative digital tools excite you—your experience helps energize our team.
With your strong English skills, you’re a knowledgeable point of contact internationally.
You thrive in team settings and offer support with your open and helpful attitude.

About us

At enabl, you will develop full automation for intralogistics - with cutting-edge automation solutions and remote control for forklifts. Our goal: to rethink the warehouse workplace today and close the gap to full autonomy.

You will work in a growing team with direct responsibility, short distances and a test hall right next to the office in Karlsruhe. Here, we not only design, but also implement, test and develop directly.
